i use this set up all the time i usuallly break my opponent down first then
snake my ankle around his den do whatver i please whether its bars cradles
or tilts but i love this set up

@gottas33 There are many ways to get it… Usually when a guy bases back up
after being broken down. A near chop work well.

way; panic is a great thing to use against your opponent.

I don’t have an ankle lace to start, so I can’t, but I may combo into it
pretty quickly. I usually go for my crab-ride off the whistle.

So this is an “ankle lace” and a “leg lace” is that thing in freestyle
where you tie up his ankles with your arms and roll to score exposure
points, right?
